Why can’t I read my own “encounters”?

Hi! I’m curious as to why I can’t read the “encounters” my clients have left me? Can prospective clients read them? Also, how can I advertise in the “featured bio” section at the top of your site? Lastly, I emailed you guys a week ago about changing my username. I never heard back. How can I change my user name?
