There are so many causes out there that could use some focus on as well grant money...
How about bringing our solders home, I understand we did do some damages. However why place a energy efficient fuel station, when that did not have automobiles that utilize that type of fuel, or TVs to watch a polo match..
We have children here that need help with lunches...
Diseases that are affecting children and young adults (under 70)
Middle class families that cant afford health dental, care
And hell will I even receive my social security???? Not likely ( I have paid plenty in the RW)

Because "we" don't do that. Since WWI and clearly WWII the strategic policy of this country has been to maintain a military presence around the Earth so that we can more rapidly respond to incidents that arise, which threaten our "national security" and the security of U.S. citizens who are traveling abroad for business or pleasure.....irrespective of all the lying about Benghazi when this country's territory was invaded and an Ambassador killed. But that was then ... this is NOW!

If you'd rather live like Israelis, then move to Syria.

Also, believe it or not, there are military and quasi-military personnel who enjoy living "abroad"! And so do some of their dependents ... enjoy living abroad and enjoy THEM living abroad. In fact some find it difficult to adapt here.
