The old "rhetorical question" defense.
You:... but you did call Deputy Peterson, the "School Resource Officer," a "coward" did you not...
A statement: "You did call Peterson a "coward"... followed by a covering question, "did you not?".
I truly understand the difference. I also understand how some people use strawman arguments, false accusations, & other chicanery to skew debates in their favor. And reading through your posts has enlightened me even more.

Please ... "an unlawful order"?
Show me a "law" that says a peace officer is REQUIRED to enter a building in which a shooter is killing people!
(I'll save you some time! There ain't one!)
Why do you guys just make up shit? It really hurts credibility for the REAL STUFF!

You're from Illinois? Are you discussing why peace officers in Florida don't run into a building and stop the senseless slaughter of young people? And if they don't?
Something about "glass houses" comes to mind!

For some reason ButtScramble the Parrot believes I give one shit for his marginal thoughts. His mother must have assured him he was absolutely brilliant! Mothers tend to do that to their "special" ones. It becomes a plague for the remainder of their inept existence.

First, Trump said that he would go in and he said that most of the reporters present would have gone in, armed or not. Repeat the entire statement or slink away.
I heard the sheriff say that he gave them badges, he gave them guns, he gave them training, and if they didn't go into the building, that is not his fault. Really? He hired them, he chose them to have a badge, gun, and training. Then he chose wrong and that is his fault. However, I can see one officer deciding that staying outside where it was safe as entirely possible. I can even see two officers deciding to do the same thing as possible but less likely. Three I have trouble believing that it was organic and highly unlikely. Four? That I can't believe. Unless the sheriff is hiring his dim-witted relatives I can't see four trained deputies hiding outside....unless they had orders to do so. Standing orders or orders that they received that day. Something stinks in Florida and it's not the manatee shit.

Unusual in the sense Police Officers are reactive. When they see, hear or sense something just isn't quite right in a particular setting they are generally inclined to investigate. In this case Peterson was on Campus in uniform, armed in his official capacity during the time of the shooting. Apparently there is some sort of protocol in place for an incidence such as this School Shooting and the Sheriff even stated publically that Peterson should have entered the building.

If a cop's not supposed to do anything, WHY THE HELL do we pay so much to have them?
