Thoughts on Reviews?

I suspect a lot of ladies have a love/hate relationship with reviews. Good ones can help them grow their business. Bad ones can hurt business and they can't control or even know what was said about them to make a review "bad". Sometimes untruthful things can be said. And of course some ladies don't want them at all. In another thread it seemed like there was some anti-review sentiment bubbling up (from clients though, not providers). I hope this doesn't turn into an argument, but it might. I suspect it will be a controversial topic, at least.

I'll tell you my view. Not to say that my way of doing things is better than anyone else's, just that it's mine and what works for me.

I don't review because I need to. I have lifetime premium access, so I need no premium access credit from doing reviews. I do them, I think, for three reasons:

I like to help the ladies I've enjoyed by giving them a review to showcase them. I try to portray them as the human beings they are, not just a list of physical attributes and activities. Maybe that comes across, maybe not, but I do try.

Of course I want to help my fellow hobbyists so they know what to expect and I hope it assists with their decision making. I know it has with mine when I've read the reviews of many other guys here.

Finally, they serve to jog my memory. Both for reminiscing over great experiences I've had, and to remind myself of any details I need to know about a lady's preferences, etc. if I'm going to see her and it's been a while.

I guess they do seem a bit like Penthouse Forum letters because I think they are the most useful if I can bring them to life by making them entertaining and interesting. But I can see where some might find that off-putting.

Probably to my discredit, I've never given a "no" review. Mostly that's because I haven't had any experiences I considered worthy of a "no". I almost always find enough to like that it's a yes, to one degree or another. There was one that I would have given a no had I posted a review on her, but it seemed like it was just a lack of chemistry between us and I'm not going to trash someone for that.

I *never* post reviews on ladies that don't want them. If I know they don't want them, I don't post them, period, and if I'm not sure if they want reviews, I ask. But that's not usually necessary because most ladies ask me to write them before I say anything.

It would be interesting to hear other clients' thoughts about their reviews (or not doing reviews as the case may be).

my objective is to get across a feel for how welcoming and warm and passionate a lady is (or successfully portrays), and makes me feel.
that's what i always try to get a feel for from other guy's reviews and the lady's board persona.
for me it's all about the iop and a dash of gleefully filthy abandonment for icing on the cake.
i figure there's probably a few other guys out there with the same priority and i appreciated those insights when i was first here. getting premium access is also a plus, though even months without it doesn't seem to keep me from learning what i'm interested in.

the info on their various measurements is fine and i understand very well how certain things can be dealbreakers. but pretty much if she's willing to passionately share her reasonably attractive skin and hair and lips with me, i'm in.
though i bet my pretty broad definition of a physically wonderful woman might leave some guys a bit confused.

the activity list interests me perhaps even less, unless the reviewer kinda says she just couldn't hide how not into it she was. (though it's sure possible that the guy made the session unpleasant enough she couldn't pull it off)
hell, after nearly 20 years of passionless married life and then cancer to nearly kill the plumbing in my groin, if we both end up naked, she'll cuddle and kiss a little, and even try a handjob i'm in heaven. though a little cuddling turning into lots of kissing and groping is sure a plus.

so if she wants a review i'm very happy to write one. and like you spanky i get a chance to relive the pleasure of finally once again being with a woman that both soothes and excites at the same time.

FWIW, do not assume the ladies do not have access to the ROS. Many find a way by

1. Having a male account
2. Having a client share their password
3.’the reviewer or another client showing them the review.

5: Have her husband show her


Which explains all the glowing reviews. Goodness, you sure don't want to get on a hookers bad side, she will take it very personal and try to keep you from getting any other action from other providers.

I really enjoy the reviews and think they are helpful not only to the provider but to other clients who are interested in seeing a provider. With Spanky, I never write review unless the provider desires it to be written. Since I am very GFE the reviews help me decide... No GFE.... Pretty much a deal breaker.
The only other situation I have faced (not that I have seen that many ladies) but in conversation some have told me the reviews are incorrect. She said "That did not happen"!!!! One provider told me that the client writing two reviews basically at the same time got the ladies mixed up! So maybe taken as "a grain of salt" might be considered??
On the ROS, my understanding if you write a review on a provider you are allowed to show her your review in its entirely...might need some clarification on this?
I have learned a lot from the reviews and hope they do not get misconstrued to not be positive for both client and provider!!!

Agree! What % of the providers do you think have pimps, schedulers, or husbands? My perceived thought is getting higher- say 35%, and those are the ones on here. BP and other sites is 60-70%.
