I hobby because I’m divorced and don’t want a relationship of any kind. Trust issues from the demise of that relationship ruined me for any new ones. Also I’m 97 and the women my age are skeletons. I’ve got to pay to play because I’m older than dirt.

I hobby because going on dates with most of the girls in this town makes me want to gnaw my hand off to escape.

I Hobby because I love variety and really just love some good cock. I'm single by choice and don't want a relationship/marriage or kids right now so this gives me the best of both worlds. NEW fun while paying the bills and no added stess of a real world relationship. I own my own small business also so no this is not the only option for me.

I hobby because I like variety and I get bored easy. I've been in a relationship for 3 years now and we are having so much fun. Maybe because he's been in the hobby for 20 years and has alot of experience. He was also my very first solo client. Not one argument in 3 years. I'm a happy little fucker

I started this hobby many years ago. My first wife was not into sex, and told me many times that if I wanted sex, I should go out and buy some. So I did. I eventually divorced her for obvious reasons.

Then had a long-term girl friend (9 years) who I told everything. She seemed fine with it, at least at first. It felt very free to be myself, but it turned out not to be a good idea. She eventually told me she would never marry someone like me. But she continued to see me regularly for sex. I finally found someone else and got rid of her, too. The ones after that I never told about hobbying, and some were so good I didn't need to hobby at all (spent over 20 years with my late second wife, and never hobbied at all during that time).

It may seem like a good idea at the time to bow down to "transparency" and "honesty," but in the long run it's just not a good idea to tell all to your significant other. It tends to destroy trust, which is the core of a relationship, unless you both are into it, and that is kinda rare. Some things are better left unsaid.

Yes, tell her.
Better to be your authentic self and if she’s down then you found a great match, if not, there are others who will be.

Isn’t it ironic that honesty and transparency “destroy trust” ? Meaning dishonesty builds trust?
Definitely a complex issue with a fuck ton of variables.

Mr TexasToast,
I assume you are asking that question as a joke. If you're serious,
NO, you can't talk about it with your SO, unless you met her in the hobby and she is now retired.
But you can't be serious, Right?

Thx for yalls answers. It seems like there is a heavy divide between the tell her and don’t tell her. Honestly I am on the side of telling her. Lizhue put it well. If she is okay with it then boom looks like i found a good match. If she’s not, then move on and find someone who will accept me for who I am. Hiding secrets sucks!!

Thx for yalls answers. It seems like there is a heavy divide between the tell her and don’t tell her, with hobby Horst in the middle. My position is that she’s so good I don’t need to hobby when I’m with her, so telling her is for letting her know my history. Hiding secrets sucks and in my opinion puts barriers up in the relationship. I like what lizhue said. If she’s down then I’ve found a great match, if she’s not I can move on and find someone who is.
