Would you get in a cage with a Lion if the media said it was safe?
LA is a bigger market with a bigger fan base....thus more money will be bet on LA.
Odds makers take that into account.
It is not the Media effecting the line....it is the play of the teams prior to the line being set. I guess if the Media lied and said the Astros won 85 games and their two best pitchers were not pitching in the WS , the media could effect the odds.
You and LL need to give it up.

And I stated that the Media influences the line by recapping the games? That is giving the Media a huge amount of credit. Had the Dodgers struggled like the Astros to get to the WS, the odds might have been closer. The Dodgers basically swept through their two series while we struggled to beat a Wild Card team in the Yankees.
One can hardly blame the Media as the one influencing the line. More like the actual play on the field that one can see with their own eyes.
There are hundreds of so called experts you can pay that will give you picks to bet....do they influence the line? Half say one team , the other half say the other team.
You two numbnuts insistence that the Media sets the line like LL first stated and now is this huge influence on the line is a bunch of hogwash.

The MSM has nothing to do with setting the odds for any sporting event. Period. Only in the eyes of Liar Lunatic. Because he knows nothing about the subject. I would say the MSM had a major influence over Nate Silver when he was establishing odds for the last election. Look how that turned out!!!!!!

There was no Sports Future betting line in 2014 for 2017. Those are established after the current season.
You are yet again showing your ignorance on Sports Betting.
In fact , if you actually knew sports , you'd know that there is a thing known as the SI jinx.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sports...ted_cover_jinx
Now the odds have been posted for 2018...do you actually think SI set them?

"gone to"? The only way he can remotely look marginal intelligent is by lying. And he's got Bambie into it also, who has made himself the Fifth Amiga on here. Apparently, these two goofballs actually believe the bookies write the news stories and stats on the teams! Do their bookies tell them the batting averages, strike outs, and RBI's? BEFORE placing bets!!!

LLiarMan just can’t handle it.
Why don’t you go away for a while LLiarMan, and ponder the ways of your errors?
Or start posting memes of bookies. After all, epic you can’t walk back your lie, DOUBLE DOWN!
Hahahahahahaha!!!

AssUp, regardless of what you "believe," there are sharks off the Galveston beaches .... and they will bite you ... well, perhaps not you, since they are particular about eating garbage.

Apparently you believe somebody writing about a team that is winning at a .750 clip is more influential than the actual team winning at that clip in setting the odds. That is like saying a mirror is responsible for one's looks. The news source is just a fucking mirror LL.
Nobody thinks or has said that bookies write the sports stories...

No that is actually provided by MLB and reporters use those stats. Anybody can go online and look them up.
Bookies take bets based on odds provided by odds makers.
I thought I have already explained that to you like ten times.
