Have you ever thought that folks with depression might think that this so called humor of yours is perceived as you making fun of them. Not really wtf a depressed person wants to hear.

I'm not the one telling a person with depression that they need a sense of humor...
What advice do you give people with Alzheimer's, they need to not be so forgetful.

Another student of the Hellen Keller School of Mountain Climbing trolling me I see.
If I had known the OP's RW mailing address I would have sent him a coloring book and a coupon for a free comfort pet. But I don't want to know it.
Perhaps WTF can share with him. They both seem to need the same attention.

OP needs particular type of attention.
WTF is simply happy with ANY sort of attention?
BW, a long time ago you posted you were Christian, why the flip?

I'd do as he asked and share via pm instead of mocking a person seeking help for depression.
Are you related to the girl who was convicted of involuntary manslaughter for encouraging her boyfriend to kill himself.
Why do you always ridicule the needy? Does it make you feel like a big man? I've never understood why some pick on the weak.

Of course, WTF, apparently perceives himself to be one of those Clapperite NonProfessionals who can psychoanalyze an anonymous person posting on a hooker board and conclude he is "depressed" and should be "coddled" as mental patient according to WTF-On-Psychotherapy-Protocol ....
... as I said: Hellen Keller School of Mountain Climbing ...
A self-proclaimed "depressed" person being "assisted" by a self-proclaimed analyst of "depressed" persons!!! Nothing like a nonswimmer trying to save a drowning fool.
(For the uneducated!) "The blind leading the blind!"
Now there are two depressed persons posting and drowning: The OP and WTF!

I'd say ...
Time I spent in the Harris county jail
Time I spent at UHD
Time I spent doing community outreach
And then of course, though reading and researching books I would of never considered reading in the past.
I never really believe in god, I just thought I had to because everyone else did. I figured billions of people can't be wrong. But my opinion now is that billions of people need a crutch, they need to believe there is something greater then life just too make it through the day, they want to believe there is a great power guiding their choices and thoughts. They want to pass the "buck" for all their bad choices, shortcoming and failures.
I'd also like to add, that way, way, way, way, way, way back in the day, it's said that religion was "invented" simply to keep the poor from murdering the rich, I don't know how true that is, but I can see the logic behind that way of thinking.

As long as you're not confusing or mixing God and Religion then we're cool. Yeah like Albert Einstein I believe in a God Creator. People like Sistine and Einstein we just think God has chosen to be impersonal to us for whatever reason. That has nothing to do with Religion which is the drug of the people as Karl Marx once said.
