He does seem to have a tendency to project his own abnormal attitudes and behavior toward others, and I've always perceived his accusations in that regard to be an effort to feel better about himself and not so guilty for his strangeness. Look at HillaryNoMore in this context. She's talking about "her space" and Trump being "creepy" when she's been married to a "creep" (and actually worse) and has interacted internationally with persons the Liberals are currently branding as engaging in unacceptable sexual practices, treasonous, interfering with our elections, spying, and running our number one enemy in the world, but she's obsessed with how close Trump got to her last year during the debates, when the video and pics show he was clearing standing beside his rostrum and not crowding her as he now tries to portray. She's the pervert and the creep! Just like WTF! He's the "creep"!
