It certainly is "flexible". It does seem to depend upon who posts in what forum and which mod sees which post. Shouldn't be that way with the few supposed "nuclear" topics, but it is.

Homophobic slurs are certainly fair game on here since they get worse and worse with zero consequence.

Racial comments seem to vary significantly, and seem to depend upon who uses them. Here is one from today that is completely blatant but still up after having been RTM'd.

Protection of speech doesn't exist here.

1A says the congress will not make any laws restricting speech. However, the protection is still not absolute.

The state does not have to , and will not issue a licence plate saying "FU RACISTS". The government can also forbid or force the removal of a bill board that says " Racist Pig Fucks Go To Hell "

Business can also.

Private citizens can decide some speech is inappropriate and refuse to allow it in their homes or hooker boards.

Just like many bars have notices posted forbidding profanity, this board can decide what is said and even where it is said, come to think of it.
