Dude, I would be really careful with this. Studies show it can cause other issues that may lead to injury or other more compromising results (heart attack or "passing out").

Have you tried breaking the tab and putting the pieces under your tongue?
I'm NOT a doctor but work in the medical field and am not trying to tell you what to do, but from what I've read in the literature, this could end up not doing what you think it is supposed to do. Be careful, and maybe consider my suggestion as a starting place to see if that helps.
