I had a S.O. years ago get here done, and right at the last minute asked to upgrade to D instead of the planned C. Afterwards, she said she was glad she did that, because in her words if you're gonna get them done, go all out.

I remember trying to talk Brit out of her surgery saying yours are fine. After the surgery, I have to admit she was right. I read somewhere that most regrets after the surgery are from gals who wish they had gone bigger.

Not that any of you guys would agree, but big boobs are a pain in the ass. And the back. Literally. They slowly weigh you down and can cause damage. I've had DD'S most of my life. My avatar picture was actually a E. Big Boobs hurt. Now I don't know if when you have them surgically done if they can help that any. And I could see someone regretting not going bigger.
However I personally have considered a breast reduction to a C cup.

Definitely D. Guys that really love boobs will appreciate the larger fuller cup size. Some guys it really doesn't matter to them will says keep what you have, or C is enough, etc.
