When a troll/bully doesn't have to read/see another's reaction in person then there becomes no reason to have remorse. There is no consquenses to give them a pause for thought before saying something. As time goes on the troll/bully becomes more desensitized to any true emotions from another person . Due to becoming starved from the basic need of human affection the hunger for any reaction becomes the drug. Like with any drug the addict will always chase the high and so does the troll/bully. In the end the troll/bully will either get the help they need or die a despised creeten of society.
