Has anyone tried cryo spa treatments? Wonder if that would help your back. I've heard good things and others say it's a placebo effect.

Cryogenic treatments are awesome! As someone that plays semi professional football at the age of 40, they definitely help with swelling and pain relief in joints and pain in large muscle group areas.
