Why can't the ladies post their general location and rates in a ISO reply? Is it against the law in Texas....?? I know you local mods don't make the rules dah. Send it up to the bigs and let them answer a simple question. Sounds like good info exchange to me. If a lady wants business it would be very helpful to her and the guys

Rates = ad. We have rules on the number of times providers can advertise in a given time. It's generally believed this is to prevent the "entrepreneurial" ladies and their managers from spamming the board with constant ads. That includes ISO.

For a case study in how this works try a site like Backpage or escort Babylon where ladies can post as often as they want and tell me how useful you think the results are.

Granted, every post from a provider is an ad, but there is a line somewhere.

The lady wants business she can post an ad... In the ad forum. You want to find a lady you should look in the ad forum. I can't see how that could be any more simple. Why turn every other Forum into an ads space too?
