definitely terrorism, British-born Muslim Extremist who was being "watched", had been previously interrogated.. seemingly like all the rest of the International Terrorists whom eventually strike targets. raid on several spots, multiple arrests FOLLOWING this attack.. same scenario as Brussels, Paris, et al.

I've asked many times, but I'll ask again.. why do we watch these potential terrorists, allow them to plot, strike and kill, before we arrest or kill them in self-defense?

meanwhile, we are worried about nipples to the extent that long, expensive court battles are drawn..

it's like the age-old TV show argument, where a suggestion of sex freaks some people out, yet nobody blinks when murder occurs on screen.

and each time a Country is attacked by Terrorists, the same pre-written Government response comes down.. "we will not be cowered by Terrorists".. oh really? great.. the response is always the same.. put a few more police on the streets, for a few days, to "reassure" the Public.. then go about, business as usual, and wait for the next attack.

Maybe it wasn't a terrorist attack at all. Perhapsthe driver saw a free nipple, therefore distracting the driver causing him to run off the road into people.
