Prepaid debit cards

What's the best option for a prepaid debit card to use anonymously for things such as upgrading a SA account? Can anyone share your experience?

Go to Wal-Mart or other store (Target, etc) and buy a Visa card using cash. Register using a burner phone and alias with an address to a vacant lot.

I find that the NON re-loadable Visa gift cards are the easiest to deal with.

The re-loadable ones want too much personal info and the MasterCard gift cards are finicky.

I've also had good luck with the NON re-loadable American Express gift cards.
