Guys do this all the time at AMP's with no intentions of ever scheduling. It's pretty frustrating for the ladies but there is nothing they can do since it's a business and they do take walk in clients. This jackass probably is one of them and pulled the NCNS with you so he could drop by at your place to see you first thinking it would be harmless. Blast him so he doesn't do it to other ladies.
