Odd question, providers on cruises?

I'm sitting here at a hospital waiting for a friend to have an outpatient procedure done and I got to thinking about providers on cruises. More specifically, is there a system where you can meet providers while on a cruise, not meaning take a lady with you but find one on the ship?

I'm thinking about taking a cruise by myself and just wondering if that is possible. And no, I don't want to take a chance on Mexican or Jamaican women that service tourists...good way to get robbed.

I doubt you'll find ads for providers on a cruise ship.
This topic has been discussed elsewhere in other forums, these excursions were prearranged. Its a good rule of thumb that if you DO want to take a provider on a cruise, that its a lady that you've met before and and enjoyed her company.

The way I figure it is if I can think of it, someone else has done it somehow. Sometimes just throwing the idea out there gets all kinds of info coming back to me, just hoping that happens on this.

Too bad there isn't a way to set up a "Hobbyist Cruise" but I know that will never happen, but it would be DAMN FUN if it were possible. I know I'd come home broke!

If there are Eastern European help on the cruises, you can take a shot with one of them. Have heard Romanians, etc. have been down for P4P.

Excellent question, RL, although like Nicolet pointed out, it's probably a rare thing on the ship itself. I was fortunate to have the chance to accompany a gentleman on a cruise to the Bahamas a couple of years ago. I knew him very well, great chemistry and it resulted in an amazing time. I would do it again in a heartbeat. ;-)
