Pensacola...I am missing you guys AND NEED YOUR HELP!!!
Since my last visit, the twins have increased in size from 36 I to a 36 M (almost N) cup. This has created back problems that are getting worse as times goes on, so I have consulted an amazing team in Wichita, Kansas to reduce the twins to a more manageable size.
This is where the problem lies...The doctor will not even consider the surgery until I get my weight down to 150 pounds. I have about 50 pounds to lose (some of which is boob weight).
After doing hours of research to find the best way for someone with bad knees and back to lose weight, I ran across some research that said increasing my protein intake would boost my metabolism. I also read that the best source of natural protein with the fewest calories is... YEP, You guessed it!
SO... This is where you guys come in! I have doctors orders to increase my activity level to four times per day. My new workout sessions just don't work alone...
