Totally just a funny honest moment that I can not share anywhere else...

Legs, the difference is pre-op vs post-op transsexual. Since most transsexuals are M-to-F, pre-op means (s)he usually lives as a woman 24/7, and may have breast implants (or hormonaly induced breasts), but has not had surgery to remove her male genitalia. Most transsexuals that work in the hobby fall into this category, as it is the most popular (fetish-ly speaking). Post-op means they've already had gender reassignment surgery, and are pretty much women with all the expected bits.

I think that covers it, but if you have any more questions, just ask. I had a long time gf whose brother underwent gender reassignment, so I was kind of immersed in it for a few years.
