The Walter Scott case and the Cincinnati Campus Cop case both ended in mistrials for murder. I don't want to waste the bandwidth re-acquainting myself with the facts of either case other to remember that both case the subject "ran."

The DAs had to know they weren't going to get a full murder conviction out of either case.

And, as always, "Thanks Obama."
