Relaxation is most important. If you tense up to much, it can be painful.
I agree with AAG about playing with or having a toy on the clit, it does help you to relax and focus on other things so that you aren't tightening up.

I would recommend getting a set of butt plugs in various sizes.

If you plan to do Greek, incorporate the plugs into the play. Start with the smallest and when that feels good (move it around, remove it slowly, re-insert it, etc.), go up to the next size. And then the next. When you are relaxed and used to a decent sized plug, remove and insert cock and enjoy.
