And sadly for them most of them they would go broke if they judged us that way. Because most of the guys with looks and the body to go with it won't pay for it. Which leaves them with guys like me, 60 y/o 30#'s overweight, but trying to lose it, and balding. But I treat the ladies I see with respect and are thankful they see me. jmho

Looks may be skin deep yes, I guess alot of this would depend on what type of connection a gent is looking to have with a provider- some just want the wham bam thank you ma'am and others prefer to see the same provider on a regular basis. Either way I feel like it is part of the ladies job to provide accurate and recent pictures in their advertisements so the gent can decide for himself if that is the provider he wants to see. No one likes false advertisement whether it's for goods or for services. I have nearly naked pics up- why? Because I'd rather bare it all and be direct and honest with people than have someone say I didn't look anything like my photos and that they felt deceived and wasted their cash. It's a shallow industry yes but it is what it is and I accept the critism with the compliments even though some comments can be hard to swallow. I read reviews of every half way expensive thing I buy so I can make an educated choice- some things that are issues to others aren't to me but at least they are put in the open- kinda the same here. Everyone has their preferences

P.S. I've had the opportunity to bone many guys that I would probably let take me home from a bar pre hobby- guys of all shapes, sizes, ages, races, looks, etc enjoy a date that is guaranteed to end happily!

I don't know about that. If a guy is good looking with a douchey and dry personality i'm not gonna want to fuck him if even he offered double my rate.

Actually how a client looks doesn't factor in whether i'll see him or not (not like I get face pics from anyone lol).

I don't disagree with you on much livn but I gotta say on this one I do. Gents that play in this hobby are the epitome of "different strokes for different folks". Just because you put a greater emphasis on the experience doesn't mean someone else doesn't put more emphasis on the look. You have to remember, they're paying for a fantasy and some peoples are different than others.

To sum it up simply, some people like target and some people are fine with Walmart.

The false/deceptive pics that are used in this hobby, especially on BP does bother me. If I am expecting a 1990 Corvette and 88 Mustang shows up, I can live with it. However if a 74 LTD is at my door, I am not going to be a happy camper. I think most gals that do use recent pics still try to show there best angles. Not you Jocelyn, you look great from every angle that I have seen.

When I have to resort to BP due to very poor selection of verified gals where I travel, I ask if their pics are of them and recent? They always say "of course they are". My next question is "Are you going to be pissed if I leave or send you away if they are not close?" 9 times out of 10 that is the end of the conversation and I move on to the next one. I have had several say that if they are not what I am expecting that is fine. I found a couple gems that way.

I have no problem with 10-15 extra pounds or a 5 years of age from the pics. However there is a big difference between a 120/25 advertised and 170/35 reality. I do not have a problem with the gal that is 170/35, and if I am in the mood for a little more cushion, I will seek them out. But if I am looking for 120/25, that is what I want to spend my hard earned money on.

I am thankful that these courageous gals are willing to put up with us balding overweight older men. I like to be with a women more than once or twice a year so this hobby works out great for me. Not everyone likes the same type of women, I think we can agree on that. I for one like average to thin gals. Blondes are my absolute favorite, but hair color makes very little difference as long as they at at least decent looking and have representative pics.

As far as experience, I want a great experience, but I am not looking for a new wife. A new friend is fine. I really enjoy spending time with nice ladies that look good.

The good thing is we're finally getting some action on this board again. The point I was trying to make is that IF providers used the same criteria that most guys do when deciding who they would see, the majority of guys seeking their services would be denied (not me of course..that's sarcasm. Look it up if you need to) Mocha and Joce proved the point though that the vast majority of women put a lot less emphasis on appearance then guys do. Granted, it's a job and they are paid to make you feel like a God regardless of how you look and that, as lycurgus so eloquently stated:

I saw LTD and OMG did it have a 400 mod in it ? A craig 8 track and a midland cb? criagers and mickeys and painted like starskys gran torino ?

I have to have it !!!!

I've tried to tell girls in a nice way that I don't want to waste their time or mine if their pics aren't legit, but I think you're line of leaving is a better and more direct way of setting expectations.

I expect the bait and switch sometimes on BP, but I've been disappointed with several of the reviewed providers here on ECCIE. The "pro" pics they post can be very deceiving, so a BP provider who took low quality pics can actually be a pleasant surprise.

It did have a 400 but factory AM radio and the CB had been stolen. Steel with only 1 dog dish and very bald and cracked F78's. Painted red with a rattle bomb and a very weathered white vinyl roof. Still interested?

So far I have not had to leave or send one away since I started asking the question. I am as nice a guy as you will ever meet, but if you flat out lie to me on this subject, I can become an asshole. I would forgive 20% or so on weight or age, but more than that and I have no problem standing up to it. Hopefully this does not put me in a bad place with a pimp someday, but I am willing to take my chances.
