Here's one of the differences between paying customers posting their thoughts on substandard hooks, and the hooks banding together and striking back en masse. The only qualifier I'll leave is that I have not read every single post in the history of this board, and I'm primarily talking about myself and 3 or 4 other members.

We're paying for a service and we're talking about a market condition which we are unsatified by, and are addressing a specific issue.

The ever-offended hooks (who are providing a service and being paid for it) see something that is outside of their own, specialized interest, then use derogatory language like "douchebag", "asshole", and "idiot". This reveals quite a bit about themselves and their non-points.

In other words, because they cannot defend themselves against the complaints, these professionals resort to personal attacks utilizing gutter language.

Remember folks. I love the hooks. Love them.

Well based on the posts I've read, it's the Johns that don't understand the business model/economics. They seem to think that just because a provider doesn't fit their ideal definition of what a provider should look like that they can dictate what she charges.

You should try reading The Economist magazine sometime, you would learn a lot.
