What utter BS!
Thumpers being Thumpers.
Read the bible--it praises the coming of a world of no political separation. Tell me, what are the geographic boundaries of the kingdom of Christ they keep mentioning in that article? If someone lives on the wrong side of the line, are they condemned and beyond the reach of salvation? BS!
The real issue isn't "globalism", it is an objection to the specific moral beliefs of some "others". If the "one world government" followed THEIR specific version of Christianity I am quite certain they would see nothing wrong with THAT version of "globalism". (Sound a lot like some Thumpers who use a different book?)
Most the Thumpers who are now belching out against "globalism" and against "foreign morals" see absolutely nothing wrong with missionaries and evangelism to shove THEIR morals on others. Hypocrites!
Odd how globalism was cool when we were spreading our beliefs on people whether they wanted it or not (Condoleezza Rice being one major proponent) but when the flow of ideas starts going in the other direction that gets the same folks quite upset.
We love to play by the rules--just so long as we are winning.
