Poll: providers and hobbyists what do you prefer?

Ok providers and hobbyists I was curious when enjoying a play date do you prefer.

Extended date (overnight or dinner)

120 min or 90 min play date

60 min play date

Quickie play date 30 min or less

Me personally if finances wasn't an issue I'd do extended dates. Because it is and my time is limited I enjoy the 60 min play dates the best. I've considered the quickie play dates but I haven't tried one as of yet.

For me, 2-6hrs is the sweet spot. Its enough time to grab dinner and/or cocktails, get to know each other a bit, and not feel rushed. I'll do the 60 or 90min sessions sometimes (I would never go less than that personally) but I'm not a big fan of them. IMO, that limits the time spent to mostly the physical aspect which is fun, but it can be so much MORE fun and satisfying for both parties when they take that extra bit of time to build a connection.

Yes i agree with all that you said jen. I know what you mean about connecting with someone. That makes the play date even more special. Even the 60 min dates go by too fast. Unfortunately in the end my budget and time dictates what i can and can't do. Thanks for your response and play safe!

I get this. I really do but I just don't have the time for a connection. I guess I'm looking for both parties to skip the awkwardness of initial meeting and jump into being friendly. Perhaps it's too much to ask. I'm not looking to fall in love and I also understand it takes time for 2 strangers to get comfortable with each other. For me, personally, 90 minutes should do it.

My favourite is the 3 hour "dinner date's
Start with a drink , grab a dinner then off upstairs for "dessert"
I've toyed about with different times etc but 3 hours seems to be the perfect amount of time.


I don't generally offer less than an hour...mostly because I live an hour outside Vegas and it hardly seems worth my while to drive 2 hours total for a BNG

The exception would be if I'm staying overnight in vegas but I'm still very wary of dates that ask for less than an hour because generally the hobbyists will want to give a 30 min donation but then try to stretch the date out to an hour.

I know there are hobbyists out there who genuinely do just want the BNG ... But they arent as likely to want to pay the rates for a higher end provider such as myself.


Just as a funny side note when I worked in mining towns of Australia all the clients were truck drivers.
Now the thing about driving a truck (I used to own a trucking company) is that they have GPS trackers and if you turn the engine off you have legal rules about starting it up again... (Generally the law is 15 minutes before turning the engine in before you can drive ..this is to make sure you do all full walk around check all your lights, tires, mirrors etc)

So the truck drivers were on tight schedules and couldn't spare an hour, or even half... but they couldn't turn their trucks off either .... So the only way they could "sneak" a visit to a provider while on the clock was go make it appear as a toilet / "smoko" stop... 10 minutes!

So the lady I travelled with and myself started offering a special trucker BNG 10 minute session.

I still laugh about it a decade later. Funny stuff.

I would have to go with Jen and say 2-6 hours is perfect. Although Kitty makes a great point with the 3 hour dinner date option!
I only really offer less than half hours if i've met the gent before.

That, to me, is one of the primary differences between a regular provider and a gfe provider. Fortunately, there are plenty of both out there, so with a little research everyone should be able to find what they are looking for... :-)
