There's a valid "presumption" in evidence that when one destroys or secrets documents (or other information) the content would be detrimental to the person destroying or secreting the information. In this case the documents she sought to "secret" or "destroy" (and the fact that she attempted secret or destroy them) can be offered to prove circumstantially that she "intended' to deceive the government in the investigation AND that she knew what she was doing was wrong.

Such things as destroying the gun used in a murder, running from the jurisdiction, and/or burning or shredding evidence are all used to prove "intent" and "knowledge" ....

Her problem is that to "rebut" that presumption she has to testify that she is an extraordinarily stupid and ignorant person .... and her admissions of her incompetence will not look good in a TV commercial published by the opposing candidate in an election.

Kinda like Bill's admission that his daughter would make a better president than his wife.....and that was before her brain injury.

He was lucky he got off with just a $100,000 fine. They could have easily put him in jail.

If he wanted a MSOG, he should have got an account on ECCIE or TER. I would not recommend Ashley Madison since their data base got hacked. LOL.

Regarding the perjury thing over the Lewinsky fling, if hildebeest's husband wanted a MSOG, he should have got an account on ECCIE or TER. I would not recommend Ashley Madison since their data base got hacked. LOL.

No. If she pleads, like Patreaus was mature and honest enough to do, then she can be punished pursuant to the Federal Sentencing Guidelines that, although not mandatory now, provide that the Defendant be punished according to the highest crime for which she is charged, with the other wrongdoings alleged in the sentencing memorandum for the Judge to use in assessing the number of years in prison she should serve. Furthermore, since she is wealthy by virtue of her slush fund she can be required to repay the Government for the expenditures incurred in costs and man-hours as restitution for the investigation that was required because of her denials and lies with an additional fine to further reimburse the taxpayers and make an example of her. Like so many criminals who have used the internet and electronic devices for crimes she will be barred from ever using email and/or internet services for the remainder of her life after her release..... See the following paragraph.

Once the investigation is complete regarding the slush fund .... those charges will be added .... in a subsequent and following indictment as separate offenses .... and IF she cooperates with the investigation by providing FULL and COMPLETE ACCESS to ALL OF THE FUND RECORDS, EMAILS, PHONE RECORDS, and COMMUNICATIONS, then her penalty points can be reduced for the OFFENSES with each transaction being considered a separate offense WITH THE FINAL SENTENCE TO BE STACKED ON THE EMAIL OFFENSE.

The perjury before Congress will be a third set of indictments with each perjurious statement a separate count. See above for punishment guidelines. The sentence to be STACKED on the slush fund sentence.

LL, the FBI was investigating her and the state department for mishandling classified information. That's it.

We don't take your proposal. Hillary is not pleading to anything. What Petraus did is 100,000 times worse than what Hillary did with the emails. In case you forgot, there were only three emails that were marked classified at the time they were sent. All the other emails that were deemed classified were not marked classified. You were offered a good deal. Petraus does not get his cash back. Trey Gowdy can have all the hearings he wants. He has nothing other than the local militia failed to show up when the attack came. The state department defense experts handled the security of Benghazi, and they were not going to put the 3rd Army in Benhazi for protection.

The first reply was generous. This is what the reply should have been to your nonsense.

Gowdy calculated that hildebeest ignore 600 requests for security, flighty. Gowdy exposed hildebeest for the congenital liar she is, flighty. Gowdy established that Odumbo and hildebeest are grossly incompetent buffoons, flighty, and that Odumbo's Amexit foreign policy is insidious and dangerous, flighty. Comey established that hildebeest is too fucking stupid to be president, flighty. And hildebeest's sharing of classified material with her lawyers and computer technicians is infinitely worse than anything Petraeus did, flighty.

Comey and Lynch are both disappointments. They exemplify the very decay in the government principles that are being rejected by voters in this country this year and the more spectacles like the ones they have just manufactured increase the numbers who are disgusted with "business as usual" by these unprincipled government sucklings.

1. State Department security experts handled the security for Benghazi (fact Jack).

2. EL - Malachi got the government that he wanted in Iraq. The only problem was the only sect strong enough to protect themselves at the time were the Kurds. The coalition forces, with a little direction (consulting from our guys) have improved. The coalition forces have kicked ISIS out of Fallujah, a key city. They have regained over 45% of the land that was lost to ISIS since January (Fact Jack). Like General Dempsey said there is / was no need for a stay behind force of 25,000 troops. General Dempsey was the former number one guy of the armed forces and he actually did go to Westpoint.

3. Hillary's server should have never received any classified documents. The classified documents are all stored on a government server that is on a secure network. Hillary's server cannot communicate with that sever (that is on the secure network). The only way she could get emails with Classified information was that Staffers logged on to the government server on the secure network and copied the data to a server on a non-secure network and then sent emails amongst themselves and to Hillary. They made the problem worse by not putting the correct label classification on the emails that they were sending. Hillary checked the label if was not marked classified she did not flag it. At best you could lose your access to classified information, for not flagging something that was classified, but you aren't GOING TO JAIL. The entire state department as well as other areas of government were doing this. The link was posted by IVY LEAGUER Lusty Lad. I don't have time to find it now.

4. Hillary is not going to jail. Have a nice day.

Comey said anybody in government shouldn't have been transmitting classified SAP material on an insecure server and should have been smart enough to know better, flighty. Comey said hildeebest should have been but obviously was not smart enough to know better, flighty. Comey said hildebeest was stupid and incompetent, flighty; hence, your stupid-ass is going to vote for a stupid and incompetent liar, flighty.

The entire state department as well as other areas of government were participating in the process I described in post 43. What I wrote in post 43 can be supported by a Washington Times link that was posted by IVY LEAGUER LustyLad. When I have time I will go look for it.

IBH, you just had your ass handed to you. I know what Comey said but not knowing is not a CRIME. At best you lose your access to classified information. If you try give classified information to a spy or an enemy of the USA then you will go to Jail.

The SAP document was not labeled TOP SECRET when it was sent to Hillary. If it had been and Hillary did not flag it, she would have been indicted.

Hillary, like I said is not going to Jail.

I don't have a problem with Trump building a wall with taxpayer money. I do have a problem with trying to round up 12 million people and sending them home. The idea is crazy.

A bipartisan immigration bill was passed in the Senate. The republicans in the house blocked it from getting to the floor for a vote. There needs to be some sort of pathway to Citizenship. The republicans in the house need to rethink that.

Trump University is a SCAM. People maxed out there credit cards to sign up and the instructors don't even want to talk about their background in REAL ESTATE
