Took a look as you suggested and found two different fat transfer procedures.
1) removal and reinjection described as minimally invasive.
I'd watch a liposuction video to see what they describe as minimally invasive.

2) suction applied with what looks like a plexiglas breast pump bra combo.
If applying suction had any long term affect ever guy on this site would have a cock as long as your arm and as big around as your wrist.

Its my opinion not based on any scientific fact but I do suggest that with regards to the business the decision for enhancement is based more the belief that larger breasts will generate more business. I am not saying that is true, but many women whom I have met over the years and many who worked for me at a couple of my clubs told me they were considering it because they thought it would increase their income. Besides at 55 I am considering a man boob reduction. When I was young I used to lift religiously, now I would rather lift a budwieser ..

Every stripper I've ever talked to about her breast implants has told me that her income went up by a large amount after she got them. Same thing for every escort -- although to be fair I haven't talked to anywhere near as many escorts as I have strippers about the topic. I think most guys just see the big boobs and don't think about real or fake.
