That elusive "Unicorn" Provider

I know that I am a newbie here. But I am in search of the ultimate provider experience in Rochester. Something without breaking my bank account tho.
I would be willing to drive to Syr. or Buff / NF if necessary.
Thoughts ????

Hold up a minute gang, All I have been able to get out of this so far is that Amber and maybe Kayla are unicorns, but for those few of us that are a wee bit slow could somebody splain what a unicorn does or doesn't do please?

Probably just looking for someone who is atypical, ie reliable and not a liar or an outrageously obvious chiseler.

My own definition would include physically attractive, clean, and willing to bend the rules or better yet dispense with the rules entirely.
