mythos, r u a liar? a misspelling of a certain word, u know. i read ur posts and i get the feeling i'm back in moot court.
"yes your honor, however, blah blah blah blah." every vicious attack rebuttal starts the same way. lol. i dont practice, and i'm still paying back my student loans, but to this day, i feel it was worth every penny. course it was a state school. if it was smu, i'd want a full refund. lol. they offered me a dean's scholarship of 50%, and it sounded great, til i ran the numbers. u do the math. then again, liars aren't too good at math, and they faint at the sight of blood, or they would've gone to med school lol. but when it comes to billable hours, suddenly liars get real good at math, real quick. who knew?! but i can help with the math if needed. lol. with 2 technical degrees, i could sit for the patent bar. if only it wasnt so damn boring. a pity. patent liars need big pockets to have room to stuff all their harriet tubmans.
as to the op's query, no i dont lose too much sleep over pxmcc's hooktard reviews. by analogy, you first have to be pulled over and there must be probable cause before mr. lawman can search your 4 wheeler. when asked for consent, i always say, "did you happen to bring your warrant?" when he says, "why do i need a warrant?" i say, "it's called the 4th amendment to the constitution. great document. you should definitely read it when you have some time." lol. so far, the only response i've gotten to that is, "you have a great day sir." lmfao, i kid u not. i reply, "you too officer. wonderful meeting you."_

"warrants" for the search of motor vehicles was kicked to the curb in the 30's by the SCOTUS ... and more recently when the SCOTUS applied the principles of Terry vs. Ohio to mv stops.... in a case out of Minnesota. There are numerous legal foundations upon which LE can "search" your mv during a traffic stop. Exigent circumstances apply.
Additionally, apples and oranges. When posting shit on a blog/board there is NO EXPECTATION of privacy .... you are simply using an alias with a password for access ... and your posts travel through at least two servers to get to the board/blog ... sometimes a third. (Do you really want a President who thinks her "private server" at home is "private"?)

It sounds like the people in question were involved in some way deeper shit in terms of genuine sex trafficking which is why LE would spend the resources to go after them in such a big way.
When they bust us little potatoes, the usual route is sending an undercover john or lady in, taping said agreements, and then boom.

They ain't taking me alive.
Stick with the professionals and quit worrying yourself.
If you are not sure if a girl may be trafficked or not, she probably is.

It takes a forensic computer expert a work day of "mining" the information through an automated software program while he or she is out intercepting wi-fi communications for comparison to the data recovered. Do you realize some people might believe you?

I just want to go on record as saying that all of my reviews were fantasy... none of that stuff ever really happened. There... now I'm covered.

And also... I joined on April Fool's Day, just to show that all of this is just a joke.

They have to get a warrant to search your personal computer/files/phone in the first place, not to mention even entering your private residence in the first place.
They would need a way to prove or show compelling circumstantial evidence that YOU are such and such handle, to even get that warrant.
Pretty much all "small fry" busts are made by sending in under-covers (either as the john or the provider) and getting people recorded agreeing to such and such.
Anyways, despite the risks or not, hobbying is a risk, plain and simple. Both parties go into it, knowing that. It is what it is.

The news media can report anything whether it is admissible as evidence or not. These guys are being shamed in the public media much like the guys that you see busted in local arrests.

Please ....
.....you don't know what you are jabbering about....you are just talking shit!
The short is .... they can get a warrant on the electronic communications alone to enter your residence, take ALL OF YOUR ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION TOYS, and any and all books, files, records, recordings, videos, audios, diaries, and phone records. Once in their possession they have a choice: get a warrant so they can use what they find inside all of YOUR ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION TOYS against you in your criminal prosecution or DON'T GET A WARRANT and look at all information inside your shit until the "investigation is over"!
