Guys in KC will write whole novels about whether or not to play on the Kansas side, with opinions being spilt, but the bottom line, IMO, is-
If you're a touring girl who doesn't know the geography and lay of the land about the hobby in KC, skip the potential drama and set up your incall on the Missouri side.
I live in Kansas, hobby there often- it damm sure can be and is done, but mostly by local girls with low profiles. Missouri sure doesn't turn a blind eye, but they don't have the reputation for trouble in the hobby that the Kansas side does, regardless of whether it's true or not.
LE in KS, certain municipalities in Johnson County in particular, spend a lot of time and resources publicizing how they hassle and sting providers and hobbyists.
They put out more PR about it than they actually do it, but...mission accomplished as far as how many of your potential customers might perceive a KS incall location. No matter how legit or upscale you might be, a certain percentage of guys will always be gunshy about it and take a pass on you.
The market in KC has already trained most of your customers to have a lot more confidence in a Plaza/Midtown/Airport incall. Kansas is doable, but I wouldn't let it be a drag on your business.
