Where to Stay for the Action in Tokyo?

Boys, I just booked a flight to Tokyo for a couple of days and I wanted to know if anyone had any recommendations of where to stay that was near all the fun stuff? Good action? Girl friendly hotels recommendations?

Shinjuku Prince Hotel is where I usually stay. Breakfast is terrible, but very near Shinjuku Station. Long way from Narita, more than 1 hr by express train. Girl friendly as the lobby is downstairs. Been approached in the elevator.

Japan is tough if you're Gaijin, I was refused entry to lots of places. Best to have a Japanese friend or speak. Also the hawkers pester the crap out of you. Food prices are very reasonable in local restaurants.

Shinjuku is close to Kabukicho. Minatoku is close to Roppongi. Shibuya is also nice. They can be the best and easiest points to accommodate, hang out, eat, and call in GFE if you're new to Japan.
There're more spots like Ueno, Yoshiwara, Asakusa etc etc but they're a little harder to figure out.
Like Totempole said, it's smart to check foreigner friendly agents in advance unless you look like Asian and speak fine Japanee or you have a Japanese friend to help you. OMG, sooo here I am guys in Tokyo.. And I just got scammed beyond belief.. ALERT.. now the nigerians are using Tokyo guys to play the scams..
So here is the story:
I met this super nice japanese guy out side of a restaurant in Shinjiku and I bring up the fact that i was trying to get into a good massage parlor or whatever where I could get some action.
So he takes me to this club "Wild Style"...
tells me 3000 yen all you can drink, and I can negotiate with the girls to go up stairs to a room... (Reminded me of Thailand so I totally bought it.)
Sure enough after negotiating around 200usd she tells me that this guy is going to take me to the room.. Guess who shows up.. FUCKING NIGERIAN MoFO..
and guess what happens? The guys takes me to some elevator and says, now you need to pay the room, after she explicitly told me that I had already paid for the room...
What a fucking SCAM..
I was so pissed, I went back to the club and the manager told me that I had to pay the room or I could not go up, and the girl was NO where to be seen....... (I felt like a cold bucket of water had just been tossed on my head because I knew I had just been suckered.. )
These guys have the art of the scam down to a science..
They even know that people tell you not to trust Nigerians so they are throwing LOCAL japanese guys to throw you off....
So Tokyo has again proven to be not fucking foreigner friendly.. LAST time I come to Japan for fun.. Save your money to go to CHINA guys, or MEXICO.. There at least they know how to get a girl to finish a guy off..
So i leave totally disappointed with Tokyo....
