IN THE WAY of info for future use that Carson Ranch place where Euphoria fest was last weekend is not a cool place to go. they were busting folks for smoking herb all weekend long and hauling folks out of there left and right. just because it is in the shadow of austin does not mean it has Austin values and tolerance. be careful there, the owners are super uncool and told the cops to take a hard line and have zero tolerance.

my fave festival is Eeyores birthday party and i can't wait!! it is always the last weekend in april and it is a wild costume party in the park. dress up goofy and head down to pease park on april 30th

The Bluebonnet Festival in Burnet last week was very fun.
I'm hoping the Old Settlers Music Festival this weekend in Dripping Springs is as well.

Don't forget the famous Eeyores Birthday Party, April 30.. the park at 12th/Lamar... no admission as always, but lots of naked women, fun, beer and people watching in general.. 53 yrs old and running strong.. till sundown... hire a ride though, parking is a bitch. But.... the good news is it's an Austin "friendly" party if you're in the right part of the park.

I took the Austin Steam Train last weekend to the Bluebonnet Festival in Burnett - so fun!!! The Steam Train leaves Cedar Park and goes to Burnet. However, they have lots of rides to different places and also have wine tasting rides!!!!

I would like to go to eeyores! But I have a feeling there may be too many people there. I am looking to get some stuff that Timothy Leary would have enjoyed.

Also, will there be bathrooms at eeyores? will they be clean? Should I bring my own toilet paper?

I think you're just asking for trouble to go to a local, long time event, to try to score anything but pussy. Yes, there's a LOT, of port-a-potties and they are clean and well stocked.. after all, it's a one day event.
