What is it with All the No Call No Shows Lately

I am like nolaces too. I tend to stick with a lady or a few I grow fond of. Call it comfort or just the ease of scheduling along with compatibility and among other things, I tend to give those gals my loyalty by repeating as much as possible.
I understand things come up. A little update doesn't hurt and goes a long way.
I don't mind if a lady can't make it or something comes up at all or nolaces puts it moving to another table, just let me know so I can do go something else.

Guess I am old school in that way I stay loyal to gals that treat me right. My way of appreciation of them. If I can do something or not, to let them know like right away.
While there are varying tcb, only met one gal that has blown me away with tcb. She isn't providing anymore deep sigh.

Sorry to hear as well! Maxi. I know all well the disappointment of not getting to meet someone sigh. Life goes on and what could have been wasn't.

I hear ya and I understand both your prefs as I prefer regs. I think the majority here have had a disappointment or two. There are many that have contacted me and not followed through, or even a few who used me to get a discount from at least one of the ladies they gave as a ref, knowing she'd get back with them and offer one. Fun stuff... No worries. I miss my friends when they move on or away, but I try not to take it too personal. I've never had a problem making new friends, and appreciate each one for who they are. And, I also try never to take advantage of my anyone, either in the hobby or out. Not cool.

I wiped away tears years ago and did it a few weeks ago with said lady. It's never any fun to see the bad side of what goes on in the business. We had a mutual respect for each other and I thought a mutual trust but that gets broken.

I understand that. The way I deal with these losses is by focusing on the fun I had and knowing that there are some really awesome people yet to meet. I don't judge others by what one does, or even several have shown the propensity to do or be. Everyone gets a clean slate, just try not to blow it right outta the gate with me. LOL. If I wasn't able to do this, I'd be leading a lonely life, because there is not one among us who is perfect, even if many could attempt to be better. I am grateful for every experience. I've been tempted to put you all in a box, but I would miss out on so much if I did.

Exactly, I cherish the time I was them and hope the best for them whatever they are doing and doing great! I never get mad over ncns or such. Things happen. I just move on to the next gal or go do something else. A lot of times our schedules don't match. I don't sit waiting by the phone for an answer nor do I expect the gal to. Believe it or not, I don't carry my phone on me all the time lol.

I do think it is mutual respect though like nolaces mentioned in his recent reply. I personally don't make a big deal of it really, just bums you out when you were looking forward to meeting and nothing happens. All part of the hobby world, as it turns.

It has happened to me more times in the past few months, than it has happened in all of the years I have been around. It really sucks.
