I realize I am out of sync with the Austin hobby world.... which is geared towards guys with SO's, M-F 9 to 4 in north Austin....
I hobby mainly on weekends , don't have to worry about a SO.. I hobby as a relaxing mini vacation ....I prefer mornings . intentionally taking a lot of time listening to music and taking a long hot bath and then taking time to get to an appointment on diminished traffic streets. I work in South Austin... I have total control over my time during the week but have to deal with constant juggling of headaches bullshit and aggravation.. adding rushing off to for an appointment just seems nuts on a weekday.. And I am simply not going to play rush rush nights and weekends. I don't get any kick out of that. I know its out of style but stress does not have any intrinsic value to me... there has to be a payoff for it .
I also like to hobby late nights on weeknights
In Austin very few providers I want to see are available during my times..
I was very surprised at not being able to see any providers during a week I took off last week! morning, afternoon and late night appointments evaporating. I was hoping to get a lot of hobbying in... I am upping my workout regimen and probably will not have energy for anything for the next few months .. I still can't believe last week!
The Austin hobby scene used to be so cool. used to great . I hobby for specific things.... And at this level in Austin the scene no longer provides

You're easily within San Antonio radar for a weekend thing with just a little notice too...

I've had times when I wanted to set up my own personal spa with ALL the trimmings too and got all pissed off because plan a, b, c and d fell through - things can suck if you are picky

I only hobby on the weekends, by choice and yes the hobby sene is geared for weekday 9-5 but I have no trouble getting a date the nights I want to ply, I also live south so I guess your either to picky and have to many obstacles that you set forth that is making your hobby to much work. I'm about as lazy as a hobbyiest can be and I bust a nut when I want, and I'm picky too, so I gues you just haven't figured it out yet.

There is plenty of pussy out there, your just not using the right gear to catch it.

Maybe try trolling the general population and see how that goes!

I know lots of gals including myself that do late night appointments and weekend appointments. I think you just had some bad luck or maybe picking the wrong ladies to see. I don't know. Again, Austin is a great place to hobby.

There are plenty of excellent ladies in ATX at reasonable rates who know how to rock my cawk. If the OP is having problems getting appointments, he should first look to himself, not the market place, for an answer.
