I think this is a great idea! I think i'm a nice enough guy and have had few issues with providers. I'm a people person. But...What about guys that wouldn't want to have the sessions reviewed by the provider. Would there be an option for that. If so, would it be fair. Some sort of an endorsement feature would be nice; if not a review, which is completely subjective, a rating/yes-no system that shows key performance indicators:

*overall yes or no?
*awkward or comfortable?
*did he ask for off-menu treatment?
*would you see him again?
*was booking/communication easy?
*clean/well-kempt?
*could he be rehabbed into a good John with a little coaching?

"Good customer" criteria makes slightly more sense. Topics like timeliness, timeliness in departing, safety etc. But even that...seems like it is either going to be "awesome" unless it is "never want to see again", because a mediocre "review" could diminish the reviewees interest in a repeat experience too often and maybe even deter others. Not good business.
