Very interesting. I think I'd watch it . It appears as though her client list is a bit upscale compared to the average Midwest gent. I obviously have no idea but have often wondered how I stack up.

I know what you mean. I'm about as blue collar and average as you can get. I do wish just once they would do one of these escort movies/tv shows where the provider has her act together and loves her profession. You could tell by the preview the subject in this series ends up not being able to handle the provider world.

I've seen it, years ago when it first came out. It's good if you like to look at Sasha Grey (pornstar), she is a terrible actress though and it's not very representative of anything that happens in the real hobby world. There's a little reality here and there but not much. It's basically what someone might have told the screenwriter this lifestyle is like…but that was the only person he ever spoke with about it.
There's better out there but it's always going to be geared toward one personal experience which, in this world, is pretty much always different. It's more about her attempt at keeping a real relationship while doing her job than anything else. And also about how her boyfriend deals with it. You never get to see how she got in the industry or the boyfriend of that matter, from what I recall.

If you're interested in her though, she got the cover of Playboy for doing that movie. But she was only cast because they wanted someone who was real and at least a little close to the industry.

If you ask me, she's much better in that movie where she gets it on with the guy in a bear suit lol.



…Whoops nevermind..I didn't click the link and thought you meant the movie with the same name. But that makes me wonder now if there's any connection...

By the way though, they did make a series like that, for the most part. It was on Showtime years ago and was based on the book by Belle de Jour who was a real London escort of course. It's called Secret Life of a Call Girl. Billie Piper stars as Belle de Jour and definitely likes her job…maybe too much.

There's also another short series called Blue, where Julia Stiles is an escort and seems to like her job too it's just about family complications mostly.

the tv series on Starz doesn't come out until April, so you have some time. The movie Estella was referring to is an older movie, not sure if its available on Netflix or not
