How about moving the one FFrireman locked (Robbed by fp3cci3) and unlocking it while you are at it. Or is there something about that MorganBanks that makes that one rightly placed?

I can't imagine every MOD and Admin agreeing with you on that one. I wonder why one of the local MODs wouldn't find an Admin to side with them and move it. A big enough man would acknowledge a mistake, suck it up, do the right thing and apologize....... Wouldn't you agree with that part of the statement?

I don't know whether Spice does, but some of the rest of us feel that way about at least two of those (and part-time on the other two, depending on whether one of their buddies is involved).

No Whispers I'm not, and I don't, from what I've seen thus far they do a fine job. For all I know this went unnoticed, mods can't be everywhere or see everything. If they even saw it you'd have to ask them why it was left in place not me.

I suggest you PM ffireman if you'd like his reasoning for locking that other thread. I won't be unlocking it for hm. Once a mod is specifically handling something "professional courtesy" and precedent dictates that it's largely up to them how to handle it unless it's big enough to get overturned by majority vote or if the incident calls for one to begin with.

But anyway, this is a currently active thread not some old thread I dug up and moved for no reason...and as it stands right now it has zero specifics and hence no value to anyone who doesn't already know the situation.

Add something substantive or repost it with some detail and I'll gladly move it back or leave it in place respectively but if the alerts forums get cluttered it dilutes their value overall as members use them to keep up with potential threats to the community. That's the whole point of these "is this an alert or isn't it" criteria.

You seem to have lost sight of that in your quest to do whatever it is you're doing...

If you look at the history of all of those handles, that is what makes it alert worthy.
However, Spiceitup was not here at the earlier times when this man was rampant or to see his threats or the reason for this to be an alert.
In his defense, the way this one was worded would make it appear to not be an alert. Is he expected to research all the handles listed to see if it's a viable threat to the community? Not really, I'm assuming that he is focused on the active threads, not past alerts.

As I read it, the purpose of alerts is to ALERT a threat. The OP posted information. OP was not subjected to a threat. There was NO threat made to the OP.

One difference between Spice compared to the other ATX mods is he identifies what the issue is when he is doing something which I like. We can all read why the action in detail that was taking and which rule it was under which the other ATX mods don't do.

Huh? Did you read the OP's post? Have you read Spice's MOD remarks? I haven't seen any conflicting situations here or anywhere else. Mind you I have not searched every place.
