I'm going to take the Devil's Advocate angle here. Just for fun. I'm not trying to be an asshole or anything.

What happens when business gets a little slow or if the clients decide, 'No thanks. I'll just grab a burger from the _____', and suddenly you have more food than you want to have??

I know I tend to be a little hungry after appointments, as I go in hungry. I don't want my digestive system competing for blood use, if you know what I mean. I've even had the occasional, slightly embarrassing stomach growl in midsession.

I'd suggest staying in the realm of Nutri-grain bars, juice drinks, or things that have a reasonable shelf life. Make sure it's something that you'd eat yourself, just in case you have to chip away at the supply yourself.
