Ummm.... the Chinese?
You are an ignorant cunt who doesn't even follow what is happening in the world - yet you can't stop spouting off your ignorant mouth. Here are the facts, dumbass. Yes, even the NYT acknowledged that China is the big beneficiary, not the US oil majors. Read it and learn:

You want to double down on stupid, sewer rat? Go ahead. Try to explain why China is getting the oil spoils in Iraq if, as you say, the victor always reaps them. Can you read and comprehend the New York Times?

Where do you get your bullshit information? Bush never tried to "ram new laws regarding oil production" through the Iraqi parliament. Either furnish a link or admit you're making shit up again, you lying fraud.
I prefer facts over bullshit. Oil revenues cover 95% of the Iraqi national budget. Here's what Iraq earned from its oil exports in recent years:
2010 - $52 billion
2011 - $80 billion
2012 - $94 billion
2013 - $89 billion
Only a colossally stupid jackass like you would even attempt to claim the Iraqi economy and its people failed to benefit in any way from all those revenues.

China is also BUYING oil, you motherfucking buffoon. Who do you think is SELLING them the oil? Can YOU read the NYT? It even mentions in your link that they are trying to buy a stake in one of the country's largest oil fields. Who currently owns that field? Exxon. Last I checked, they weren't Chinese.
And here's a little pearl from your article:
"Notably, what the Chinese are not doing is complaining. Unlike the executives of Western oil giants like Exxon Mobil, the Chinese happily accept the strict terms of Iraq’s oil contracts, which yield only minimal profits. China is more interested in energy to fuel its economy than profits to enrich its oil giants."
You're a motherfucking idiot. And you continue to prove it each and every day.

Be glad to, shitbird. Maybe it's you who needs to keep up, dumbass.
"This Iraq Hydrocarbons Law, partially drafted by the Western oil industry, would lock the nation into private foreign investment under the most corporate-friendly terms. The Bush administration pushed the Iraqi government both publicly and privately to pass the law."
http://www.cnn.com/2013/03/19/opinio...ar-oil-juhasz/
Showing numbers and saying it benefits the Iraqi economy make you a fraud. It's not helping the people, you fucking moron. It's making a small percentage rich. Here's an article that describes how low oil prices are affecting the Iraqi economy.
http://www.militarytimes.com/story/m...ices/31919859/

Once again, you're a lying sack of shit.

You seem awfully preoccupied with things getting "beat up" lately, LLephantMan.
You should get off your fat scaly ass and walk around the block once or twice.p humming the theme from "Rocky."
That will at least get you into a suitable frame of mind for your impending ass whooping.
Where in Clarksville will you be meeting? I'm sure a number of Austin based, ahem, agencies would love to meet with you at the same time.
Better memorize that "Penile Code."

Thank you for conceding all of my points!
I originally jumped into this thread because you and COG made the ignorant comment that "we steal oil" from Iraq. To steal means to take something that isn't yours without paying for it. You just fucking admitted that we don't steal their oil - we offer to pay for it. Secondly, you just admitted that we're being outbid by the Chinese, to the point where US oil majors are not even major players in Iraq these days. And thirdly, you just implicitly admitted that the old adage "to the victor go the spoils" doesn't apply anymore, contrary to your ignorant assertion in post #75. Obviously, when you have to offer to pay for the spoils and then find yourself outbid by others who had nothing to do with your victory, it means the old rules have changed.
So that adds up to 3 swings and 3 misses for the sewer rat in trying to debate me intelligently in this thread.
Thanks again for conceding all of my points (knowingly or otherwise)!
Of course you do know that makes you the "motherfucking idiot", right?

You are a real special kind of idiot. You take one situation and apply it to others that haven't happened yet or had a different set of circumstances. No one ever thought we were talking about literally stealing their oil, you ignorant retard. You also made no response to your statement about Bush NEVER trying to make a law regarding their oil production. You demanded a link, which I provided and you've said nothing since. You are a cowardly fraud and a liar.
You also contended the Chinese were benefitting financially from Iraq's oil, which I also shot down.
You're still the motherfuckingest idiot around, dipshit.
