I've been with a couple of girls. I've wanted to daty but im always scared I'm gonna leave with some disease or something. I've had a few bbbj and I stay with the girl I have now. I'm scared to try new ones cause of same thing. Is this something I really need to worry about in this hobby? Obviously there's the eye test to see if everything looks normal.

There is nothing that is totally safe. However you need to take calculated risks. I DATY with every provider that will let me. I have not been with a provider that offers BBBJ, yet. If I ever came across a provider that offered BBFS, I would probably not even have BBBJ, DATY or CFS with her. I would risk CBJ in that situation.

Wash your face, hands, disinfect is my friend. If you have any sorrs in your mouth bit tongue, cheek, sore tooth anything don't do it...
