Made a batch of ground turkey chili yesterday (first time ever to use turkey). Slow sauteed the onions, peppers, garlic, tomatoes before mixing in the (cooked) meat and seasonings, etc. Turned out great btw.....will def make it again like this.
Also...I totally agree on the NO BEANS for chili. It ain't chili anymore if you're adding them, IMO.
