Would it be possible for providers to chime in if they offer early morning (like, 6am) sessions? A list would be great for those of us who want to get in the "right frame of mind" before work.

Yes but must finish by 730/745am it never hurts to try for short notice but for early mornings advance notice is best

I often get up at 5-6 for early morning appts. I'm quite sprightly in the mornings actually! Honestly, I much prefer early mornings/daytime to mid/late evenings.

Before 8 am or after 9 pm are only after I've seen a guy before. But I would be available for a 6 am if I've seen him before and know that he will be there.
In my experience, that is when most guys seem to flake. But once a guy has proven himself to be reliable, I have no problem getting up a couple hours early. I'm normally up around 7 or 8 anyways.
