Harvey, Illinois is the highest rated city in Illinois on the list. It's 23 miles from Chicago. Rockford is the next highest Illinois city on the list. It's 90 miles from Chicago. Those are the ONLY two Illinois cities in the top 70. Fuck you.

Look at the map, Harvey is a suburb of Chicago. You want to pick fleas instead of dealing with reality. You really don't give a shit about black people being killed do you. Given some of the things you've posted in the past, you probably enjoy seeing it. Lets ask EVA, when someone says Kansas City do you nitpick if they're talking about Olathe, Raytown, North Kansas City, Overland Park, Lenexa or do you just mean the metropolitan area. I lived in Rockford half my life. It's not as dangerous as Chicago. The numbers you're seeing are based on population their average number of murders is between 30 -36 yearly. When I lived there the population was pretty even between whites and blacks. In the past 25 years Rockford has experienced a large spike in the Hispanic population in the south part of town and gang activity has increased and so has the murder rate. They killed most of the blacks, now they are killing each other. Pretty soon the murder rate will return to it's normal numbers which is about 15-20 on average. Rockford is the second largest city in Illinois with about 155,000 Chicago being the largest city with about 4.5 million.

Harvey is a different city. It's not Chicago. It's 23 miles away from Chicago. You have specifically cited Chicago, SEVERAL times. Cite Harvey from now on, if you want to, but Chicago doesn't make the point you want it to.
