Default Superdome seats / tickets help

Trying to see the saints in action in nov ..never been to a football game before .. Would like to scratch that off my bucket list ..

After doing a basic research of the prices and the seating arrangement I came to the conclusion that I need help from guys who are familiar with the stadium ..

I see that the tickets range from $100 -$1000+..

Can someone tell me what's the view from the different sections of the ground ..

For example : would I be able to see what's going on in the field from the terrace section ?

Any other info would be greatly appreciated ..

Thanks
.

500 and 600 is where the real fans are. The view is still good up there.

Some of the ticket selling sites provide a view from the section. I think Ticket Exchange might. Or try the Superdome website. Hope that helps.

I checked the virtual views from different sections ..
The 600 section seems fine to me ( it's the cheapest ) but I'm being advised to skip it ..

The 200 and 300 sections are the best. Endzone tickets are 110 face value.
Good view. I don't know how many tickets you want but I saw on there you can get 1 for 150 and 160 in section 347 and 345.

There really isn't a bad seat in the Superdome. I've had season tickets in different places around the dome since 1998. Currently I sit on the sideline in the 500 section and those are great seats. I would advise to try and avoid a plaza endzone seat just because there's no depth perception at all. You can't tell if the guy gained 2 yards or 10 sometimes and end up looking at the screens a lot. I have a friend who sits in Section 602 in the endzone and loves it. The 300 section is the club level and those are generally the most expensive seats in the house. I would also tell you to just park on the street or park over by Tulane Ave. I definitely wouldn't advise parking in the dome unless you want to leave early or sit in traffic for an hour leaving. I've been parking by St. Joesph's church on Tulane Ave for 20 years and we get out of there quick and never leave the game early. Just my 2 cents

Default Saints Seats

I've had seats in various locations in the Dome dating back to Bobby Hebert's playing days. Had them in the 100, 200, 300, 500 and 600 levels.

My current seats are in Sect 515, and I buy 4 additional tickets in Sect 614 that I scalp. Both sets of seats are on the 50 Yd line. I think both are terrific to watch the game. As stated above, I lose perspective of the field at the lower levels. Another benefit of 500 & 600 level seats is that you have a "whole field" view - it allows you to see the plays actually develop on both sides of the ball. Just my $.02.

Hope this helps.

My seats are in the 300 level in the endzone at a angle and the view is great.

The seats up in the section 600 area come with binoculars so that the players on the field don't look like ants.

Some guys are telling me that 600 levels are a complete waste while some are saying that it's the best ..

We can't even agree on simple football game seats , no wonder ...

Go sit in the 600 section and then come back here and write a review. I'm betting on a No recommendation. You'll be so high up there you won't see any msog.

Ideally, the best seats are mid-field, between both 40 yard lines, and on the Club/Loge levels, 200 and 300 sections.

I find the Plaza level to be too low unless you're at the upper end. You're closer to the field but you don't see "the big picture" as well, which is why I like the 200/300 levels better.

Above that you start getting too far away from the action and at the 500/600 levels you get nose bleeds.

I don't like end zone seats because you can really only see what happens on your end, especially on the Plaza level.

Finding mid-field seats will be difficult and you'll pay out the ass for them.

Look at the seating charts and decide for yourself.

Anybody want to present any counter to baba's theory ?

As I have said before I don't have any idea how it looks from up there in person so I'm just going by others opinions ..

I've checked all the seating arrangements , virtual views , YouTube videos .. But nothing beats a first hand opinion ..

Somehow this oddly reflects the situation where a well known girl gets a NO review and people are arguing about its veracity

If the Saints don't turn that defense around the only msog you'll see is them scoring on us, regardless of where your seats are
