Dirt Bad Democrats, Anybody Buying This Shit??
So, President Obama now has enough Senators to over ride a Veto of his "Iran Deal".
http://www.nbcnews.com/storyline/ira...-bills-n420261
Oh yes, some prominant Dems made a big show of being against it, such as Chucky Shumer of NY. But it's all a big scam. they all got together in a back room, decided who was at risk with too many Jewish Voters in their State, (translation, big contributors), these Senators could then claim no culpability in the deal going through. "Hey, I voted against it", knowing the fix was in. Their gullible supporters will buy it, while President Obama pulls the handle, watches the water swirl as the big Turd that used to be The Greatest Country on Earth heads to the septic tank of failed Republics.
It's politics at it's finest. Or worst, depending on your point of view.

I agree with your take on how the vote went down. Not with how bad the deal will be. So one outta two ain't bad!

As Cliff Robertson said in Midway....
He has a problem with enemy identification.

Elections don't matter, it's always the same shit. And we are in more danger from Washington DC than Iran.

Israel will take care of it.
Effectively.
Precisely.
Devastatingly.
Unilaterally if they have to.
It's a matter of survival.

What we are seeing on the ground, however, looks quite different. There is an increasing possibility for new geopolitical alignments throughout the region. The confluence of the growing fear in both Saudi Arabia and Iran of the threat posed by Islamic State; the weakening of President Bashar al-Assad's regime in Syria; Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan's policy shift to cooperate with the United States in Syria, and Moscow's and Washington's growing shared interests in steering the Saudi-Iran rivalry onto a less escalatory path, while also creating a broad coalition against Islamic State, is creating real political fluidity.
As diplomatic moves accelerate, the United States and its allies look to be preparing a serious onslaught on Islamic State in both Iraq and Syria. The opening of Turkish air bases to coalition aircraft, manned and unmanned, will enable the allies to prepare for a major ground offensive by local allies to recapture Mosul. Iraq's third-largest city has been under Islamic State control for more than a year. More inchoate is the parallel jockeying around Syria's political future, and whether a compromise framework can be found to end that country's civil war.
