Relocating and need some assistance

Hi Gentlemen,
I am coming for a short visit this Thursday to finalize my apartment to move by September 1st.
I really could use advice on where to live.
I am soo confused on my wish list is not too expensive like South Congress or downtown all I want is a washer dryer in my unit. Eventually I will return to corporate American and play part time therefore I want to be within a 30-40 minute commute where most business' are located.
I do not have to live in Austin per say am open to a suburb right outside of it
Most importantly I would also like it to be convenient for you gentlemen to see me during the day and after work. Also not to far from one of the major highways. I know traffic is bad...

I would greatly appreciate if you could make some suggestions. I called some of the ladies but the only one I spoke to lives in a very expensive suburb and I just a regular gal not into the fancy materialistic world.
