Lovely Lady:,
Most of Biloxi where the hotels are is OK. The only issue with some of the casinos is if they require a key card for the elevator. I know that Palace does, and I know the IP, Beau Rivage, and Hard Rock do not. There are a number of decent hotels on the beach (US-90), but avoid the ones that look run down. There's a nice Best Western across from the Beau Rivage. Even Motel 6 is OK, but stick to the known motels.
Hope you have a great visit when you come.

KiKi all of Biloxi is extremely dangerous you should be extremely cautious. To be honest you should not chance it at any hotel along the coast. No, you should come and stay with me at my home. I will make sure you are protected at all times. All I ask in return is for you to go topless at all times ;~)
I think the Beau requires you to have a room key to access the elevator also or at least they did last time I was there a few weeks ago.

I believe that the Beau does require a room key for the elevators after hours and on weekends but I do not think that they do during the day and possibly during the week. That is just what I have noticed when eating there or having drinks. Friday and Saturday I believe that they always do. Weekdays, not so much.
