I know you have missed a couple of PMs.
As a suggestion: If you don't want/aren't going to check PMs frequently, you CAN turn that feature off, thereby forcing members to contact you via email or phone.
You may also considering listing your preference in your signature block.
I will say that in my experience, most members presume that if PMs are enabled, that they will be answered in a timely manner, goes to one's expectation of TCB.
There are a few members here that do NOT prefer contact via PM, and their signature blocks and ads reflect that. (Lindsay Page comes to mind).
While your ad has your numbers and your showcase has both your numbers and your email, not everyone looks at those places when they are contacting you. Your signature block, however, is at the bottom of every post and makes it impossible to ignore.
Just a suggestion, for what it is worth.
FWIW, I DO NOT recommend turning PMs off - as it is one guaranteed way of confirming a new contact (via phone or email) as the genuine ECCIE member they claim to be.
