Hi, my name is Nevaeh and I have been living here in Albuquerque for the last 6 months. I am from Scottsdale, AZ. In need of renting an apt, condo or house anytime before the month of September. I have great references from my current landlord and from 2 in Scottsdale, AZ. I am very clean and will keep the property just as clean or cleaner than when I moved in. The problem is trying to get approved from a management company with no proof of income.

Please let me know if you can help me with this. Open to making any type of arrangements or just keeping it completely business.

Skip the property management and you can find some places. It will require a little leg work per se, but, there are a LOT of empty homes around here. RR is quite rife with owner rentals too. Intel is gonna lay off again, adding to it.
